Please send me the apps' log file when you face the troubles so I can have a look to find out what's going on.

You find the log file mgm-debug-0.log in
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\MediaGalleryManager\log\
Windows 7: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\MediaGalleryManager\log\
Mac: ~/Libary/Application Support/MediaGalleryManager/log/
Linux: /home//.MediaGalleryManger/log/

Send the log file to mediagallerymanager@harim.at and I will have a look at it.
