Thanks for reporting this problem. Tough it seems to be strange behavior. Seems to be a problem of the network communication and usually there should be timeout. I will investigate if there is a possibility to avoid stalled uploads.
Have you tried to start the synchronization once again, after terminating MGM? Could you manage to upload the stalled files giving it a second try?
